I did read reviews of this place and my exam was in 2 days. There was no way I could change the center. The day finally came and I stepped into the exam center. I interacted with 3 employees at that center and everyone was super sweet. My checkin process was very smooth. The guy proctoring (Gene) understood that people who come there have pressure about the exam. He was very calm and helped everyone relive some stress with his nice smile and good sense of humor. There were so many other folks taking exam in the same room as I. If anyone needed help, employees made sure there is minimal to no disturbance for other students. The lady at front desk was really polite and handed over my exam completion certificate with a big happy smile. Facility is clean and tidy.

The lady when you first walk in was VERY rude. (Short, long black hair, dark skin, glasses) I got an email stating to show them the email once you arrive, so that's what I tried to do. She told me she didn't want to see it and to turn my phone away from her and there's nothing on my phone she cares or needs to see. Very unprofessional, there's a nice way of saying things and the way she spoke to me was not okay. It seems to me from other reviews that I'm not the only one complaining about the way I was treated by her, maybe she needs to find another line of work if she hates people and her job that much? Other than that, the other woman who took me back for my test was extremely sweet and helpful!

Staff were very nice and supportive, wished me the best on my test. Lockers were spacious. Bathrooms had a keypad lock on them but we were given the code to unlock them. Not hard to find, directions are great.

I felt like I was going through the airport security. At the receptionist desk I had to present two forms are ID (one was a passport; the other Az driver’s life license). The receptionist still asked me to spell my first and last name while looking at the screen with all my information. After all that she asked me to confirm with a signature my name, address on the screen. Went no more than 15 feet from the desk and had to go through the whole ID thing, remove my eyeglasses to see if the size conformed to an eyeglass image, had to remove a barrette , pat myself down, pull my jacket pockets out. I didn’t wear jewelry because they ask for removal of jewelry as well. The staff treatment is cautious, suspicious and cold as if anyone walk into the site is going to either misrepresent themselves or try to cheat on the test. Would never go there again!!!

Abby (about 5'2 with long dark hair and glasses) was incredibly rude when I went in for my exam. She made incredibly unprofessional remarks to her peer Naomi while I was providing her my ID. Jim, the Manager of this location, was prompt with his answers and was kind enough to provide me his contact information but unfortunately though he failed to correct his employees. Awful service.
