This place has a great staff! I passed my license very easy because I felt relaxe and confortable, it is quiet inside so can concentrate really well, I recommend this place 100%

The availability for Teachers is almost impossible! Multiple cancellations all of a sudden. I don't believe this has anything to do with COVID. As of the past few Months, the entire month of March 2021 is blacked out. Why is that? I've been checking for some time now and February was a struggle to get an appointment but March is totally blacked out. So, something has changed with this location for Teachers needing to test but hardly any availability to accommodate our needs. I will be contacting our Union to contact Pearson's Corporate office followed by another contact attempt for the DOE in Tallahassee as well. We need answers!! This is ridiculous!!
On a positive note, the location is prime! Well kept. I have tested here fot many years oh the completed construction and upgrades are a pleasant change for the building.

As I walked in yesterday into the office, I was trying to check in and my name was not found. Pearson Vue had canceled my appt without any prior notification. I literally drove for 45 min to get there just so I can get from the front desk staff “ we are sorry, we are just the messengers”. They did not even try to find me another appointment. Their best advice was to go ahead and call a 1-888 number. I replied to them, they are not just the “ messengers” they work for the company. You see, if you work for a company regardless of where you are located at, it makes you part of a team. You just don’t blame or point fingers trying to excuse yourself from the lack of customers service from your company. They were not rude at all, but they lacked empathy for customers.

I went here today to take an exam and I worn you DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The lady that attended is named Celest and she has the WOST customer service. She is incredible rude and no one should be treated the way that she treat people when going to take an exam. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I suggest make a drive a little further but do not go here. I have never experienced such bad auto met service.

uhh they are really strict and makes sense lol the two ladies in the front desk were really nice and helpful.i have to go back since i failed my exam :( ow the place is clean,quite and straight to the point. You can’t bring water,cell,the make you remove a jacket if you have one on,it’s like going by tsa. If you have something you can’t bring inside they give you a locker.i did not need my pen,pencil or paper since they gave me all of that. I kept my calculator.
