There were 8 people who arrived at around the same, 740 a.m. because the instructions were to arrive 15 minutes before appointment. Several of the people went to the door at 745 to go in but the door was locked and no one came to the door. This happened every 5 minutes until 8 a.m. At the same time I am calling, and got no answer, a lady walked up to the door, which was still locked, and banged on the glass. A guy finally came to door to say they will open in 15 minutes. WHAT!!!

I took my PMP exam at this test center today. The staff were very friendly and explained their changed Covid procedures. Masks are required and I didn't see anyone without one. Every test taker and staff wore a mask at all times. The room kept okay distance between the desks, some desks has plexiglass between them. I saw the staff clean between test takers. The place has little lockers where you can store your phone and other belongings. I had access to my locker during my break. The toilets were clean but there should be more than kitchen paper towels since everyone is touching the roll. The atmosphere was fairly quiet, I actually didn't notice that so many other test takers were coming in. You can't do anything about construction noise, but we were given noise cancelling headphones. All in all, I had a very good experience and felt safe taking my test.

The people that work here are the most respectful and kind people. First time I take a test at a center and people are so empathetic! Thank you for making my experience the best that I have ever had and for treating everyone with dignity/respect.

Pearson Vue customer service is by far the absolute worst in any industry. In an effort to retake an exam for the purpose of reinstating my CISSP, I am required to retake the exam. Because I previously passed, I was unable to schedule online. No problem right? ...... Wrong. No one at Pearson seemed to know what the heck was going on and after being on hold for over an hour, the helpdesk call dropped causing me to start over again. What a pathetic mess the Pearson Vue Customer Service group is. For an organization that facilitates the process of professional development they sure are not professional by the fact that it's difficult to reach them and for a basic request, they cant seem to find a resolution.

I did some work here for the manager Ian. He has lied to me several times and gave me the run around about getting paid. If you a re a contractor I do t recommend you do any kind of work for Pearson Vue. They do not pay and cannot be contacted at accounting. From what I see online. they are pretty bad at thier testing too. They're only good reviews are from workers.
