They are the worst guys, very rude, unprofessional and non-cooperative. They will bother you during your exam. I had asthma and they insisted me wear mask for 8 hours in the hall. Extremely rude behavior, this would be the last place I would like to be. The staff should be changed due to their cruel nature.

So this review is mainly about the prometric staff. The lady at the front desk is really professional and helpful. The problem is the with the guy that sits inside the office who monitors the room ( His name is Martin). He is very rude, disrespectful, doesn’t know what customer service is. He treats test takers as if he’ll book them in jail. He talks to you while you are in the middle of the exam. I had a non functioning headset. He was the reason i couldn’t hear the question. They restarted my computer 2 times during the exam. I asked to make a report, he said that there was no problem with the headset. He added, that it was my mistake !!!!! He said every headset gave him an error except mine ! ( i wonder why they restarted the computer 2 times then). I asked to make a report and he refused and said that he already made a report for the restart with no apparent error !! Prometric should hire more professional people rather than someone who is afraid of taking responsibility for his mistake with bad attitude.

This has to be the worst company in the world for administering test! They will call you the day before to confirm your apt time, tell you to come 30min early. Then when you show up the door will be closed and locked lights will be off. So you call both local Numbers for the testing center, and they will not answer. Then you will call the national number (which has 20 min of automated messages) then you get some one that says. Sorry that facility is closed due to staff Covid outbreak. Don’t get me wrong I’m glad they didn’t remain open with a outbreak of covid. However a phone call or email stating as such that the testing center will be closed, before I wasted my and my companies time would seem…..I don’t know, human maybe. Oh and after being on hold for 30 min and rescheduling the test, I got a Email stating my apt was canceled due to covid…….An hour after my appointment. What a Joke! Would not be hard for anther company to put prometric out of business with customer service like this. Worst company in the world.

Same situation got a call to confirm the day b4 come 30 min early.. got there pitch black no one was there. Hadn’t got email or phone call stating other wise waited for 1 hour.. now have to re pay for the test.

I was not impressed. The gentlemen that sits at the desk and looks up your name and takes your picture was unpleasant. I felt like he thought I was hiding something and he was acting like he was processing a criminal at the police station. He kept making me show him my empty jean pockets and under my hair. He was stand offish like I was wasting his time. The women that took me to my seat was very pleasant, but you could tell she was embarrassed by his behavior and was trying to be super nice. The gentleman left for the day right after my test started. He was replaced my a women that wasnt really paying attention. My computer screen had the calculator app on it, and I couldnt get it to move or shrink down so I could answer questions. I asked her how to fix it and she said she didnt know. She brought me a hand held calculator, which did not solve the issue with the calculator app stuck on my screen. She then came back in and took my hand held calculator away and told me she had looked up my test, and I was only allowed to use the app. I was so frustrated, because I kept trying to shut down the calculator app and it would freeze my screen or reappear on top of my questions. I ended up running out of time on my test with a bunch of questions left. I told the lady about my frustration and what had happened, and she said I would have to contact the testing place myself and file a complaint. Why are those people there if I cant talk to them ?
