Very unprofessional staff. Waited 2 hours for my exam with no communication just to be told too much time has passed and I would have to reschedule due to technical issues. An update would have been appreciated

The building was easy to find, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I had been warned by others who took my test in other locations that the staff made them feel like a criminal, but the woman at this location were great.

The staff never showed up and we were not notified beforehand. A temp employee was with us but the prometric employee never came to open the testing center and it was very disappointing after all the planning and studying that all of us who showed up put in had to go in just to not be able to test for something we planned for.
