Kathy was absolutely horrible. Extremely unprofessional. She argued with me and talked down to her co worker. There was some sort of mix up with my test, I didn't understand what happened and she was just horrible to me. Needless to say I had to re schedule and I went to another facility! I would never go back there.

Overall testing experience was good. I took two ASE tests. Check in process was smooth. The reasoning for the lower rating is I have yet to receive my test results. It has now been about 12 hours since I’ve tested. I do not know if this is a problem on this locations Prometrics end or ASE’s end but in the testing instructions it says results will be emailed immediately after my session was finished which was at 10am this morning. I was not asked to confirm my email address after testing which may have addressed the issue and or whether or not I wanted to have my results printed which I was offered at a different Prometric testing location. I will now be curious as to how long it will take to get my results as the location in Deerfield, IL had them available to me before I even walked out of the building.

After driving 30 minutes early morning, they informed us test is canceled and advice us to reschedule
Due to water in the building issue.
They could call us and saved us the effort driving.
Hope they can enhance their service.

This place is pretty nice. The staff is courteous but I found the bathrooms of the place irritating. You go to test, you need a decent bathroom in the 5 minutes you have to run to the bathroom. The bathroom at this place was clogged by someone, it sucked a lot. However, the facility for testing itself was good and clean. I was in there for an 8 hour exam, I found it irritating that people near me got up at random intervals where I was trying to focus on my exam. They should put people who take shorter exams together versus people who take longer exams.

If I can rate this place with ZERO, I'll not hesitate. So noisy you feel taking the test in bus station not in testing center. The receptionist Kathy is soo mean and aggressive person, she dealt with me in avery bad way and made me crying.
I couldn't concentrate in the TOEFL test because her annoying and the high volume noise around me. Don't advice anyone with this place.
