I am at odds here because the staff here seem friendly and nice, but the whole environment is just such a mess. My experience was terrible and I am sure someone will experience the same. My exam was at 9 AM, I showed promptly at 8:50 AM and waited until 9:10 before I could actually have my photo taken and start the process. This is not anyone's fault. Due to the testing nature, I am not surprised that they have to go through the security and explain the regulations one person at a time. I simply wanted to share this with you so you could plan accordingly if you take your test at this center. Again, the staff were polite and nothing they did stood out to me as unprofessional. My only biggest complaint is the building and sound infrastructure. I lucked out and was assigned a computer station right next to the front door where folks would be coming in and out. Without going into any detail, I was very distracted from my peripherals, and the sound-proof earmuffs were not sound-proof at all! I heard every mouse click, every door swing, and the regulations that the staff repeated over and over to other candidates. Furthermore, there was a construction outside the building and I could literally feel the vibration of the floor and the buzzing of the jackhammer. Sadly to say, this wasn't my first time taking my exam, but it was by far the most distracting one. So although the staff were not at fault whatsoever, be warned unless you get the station at the very end, chances are you'll find reasons to be distracted.

The testing staff was very friendly and acted very professionally which is why I am giving this three stars. But the actual testing center is pretty disappointing. It looks very outdated on the inside like it was from the 90s. The lockers they have available are very small and if you have a backpack then you will need to put it under a chair in the waiting area or in your car. They tell you to leave your phones and electronics in your car. The temperature while you are taking the test is a little bit on the cold side so I would suggest bringing a light sweater or wear long sleeves to take the exam. If this wasn't the only testing center I could take my exam at within 100 miles I would have picked a different place

The staff are courteous and professional. Do not expect any treats at the door, etc. The parking lot at 8am is fairly wild as it reminds you of a cramfest at a drive-in library, and this may be a good idea in the post-COVID age of education. Try the Hibachi buffet up Grape Rd for dinner to top off your day.

I am a second year physician assistant student, a few months away from finishing, and I have to say the least professional and one of the most frustrating parts of my experience was testing at this terrible center. The people here were rude. It smells. AND THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON OUTSIDE! Needless to say, I didn’t do very well on the GRE I took, in fact did worse than I’ve ever done on any of the multiple practice tests I’ve taken, but still did well enough to get accepted to a couple PA schools. I don’t think the people here realize that when you’re already stressed out of your mind about taking a test, that being a terrible/bossy person makes for an even more stressful testing environment, which is terrible. I highly recommend anyone doing testing to maybe drive a little farther, maybe to Ft. Wayne to do their testing. When I take on students, I will absolutely remind them to avoid this center like the plague.
