I'm a little late writing this review, I took the GRE here in November 2022 and it was a great experience. Evidently this place came under new management sometime within the past year, and the facility seems to be operating much better than many of these older reviews would indicate. Staff were friendly, efficient, and encouraging.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Test scheduled for May 21. A few hours before the test received an email saying it was cancelled and could call to reschedule. Rescheduled for May 22. Arrived at testing center to a sign that said testing center was closed. Rescheduled again for May 24. Guess what? Test was cancelled yet again. Giving up on this location. How do you manage to stay in business? Organizations who schedule tests through you need to find an alternative.

Climate was nice, the attention to detail was thorough. Really pleasant team there today that were encouraging and friendly. Overall, about as nice as I think a testing center can be :)

Had a test scheduled for 8 am on august 26th and by 8:45 still nobody had showed up to unlock the door. How frustrating after spending months preparing for a test. Also good luck getting anyone to help you reschedule…. I waited on hold with Prometric and after getting transferred 3 times finally got someone to help me……. I would give this place zero stars if it was an option!

Had a test scheduled 12/4. Showed up at 7:45 for my exam and no one was there. None of the employees showed up. Eventually, called the national office which informed us that the testing center was closed today. No email warning, nothing. Funnily enough, on Monday, 3 days after I was supposed to take the exam, I got an email saying that the test on last Friday would need to be cancelled. Very frustrating experience. Exact same thing happened to a friend a month ago. Avoid them at all costs if humanly possible.
