Went here for a 6 hour exam. There seemed to be plenty of free parking available right by the building, so no issues there. The staff were very courteous and kind. The exam room has testing stations all along the perimeter, each the width of a desk and separated by padded dividers, with a computer and a comfortable chair. At each station, there are over-ear headphones, noise-cancelling ear muffs, and they give you an option of in-ear headphones too. My exam had no audio so I didn't use any of those, and I was still never distracted by any voices or movement around me even though a lot of examinees came and went over my 6 hours, they are THAT careful and quiet! The lockers where you keep your stuff are large, you could easily fit a regular school backpack in them, so there's no need to risk leaving any valuables in your car. Masks were not required at the time of my test, but I chose to wear one and only had to briefly remove it for a security picture. I hope I pass and don't need to come here again but if I had to at least this facility is very clean, comfortable, and well run!

I had a really bad experience today. The lady on the front desk started acting as soon as she heard my accent. She was completely fine with othere guest in the lobby and put a lot of her attitude on me. I really disappointed and she made me really upset right before my 4 hour test.

Very professional establishment. They enforced protocol to ensure no cheating took place, and since I took a test during the COVID pandemic, were very on top of keeping the place sanitary. Would go there again if I needed to take another electronic test.

Strange set up. Leave a voice mail and get a response 4 days later?? I understand security is a very high priority but the staff don't really need to take a Gestapo approach.

Test center is located in an easy to find area. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Testing room is well lid, cool, and comfortable chair.
