The worst experience ever. I wish 0 stars was an option. The testing center just decides to shut down, seemingly when it is convenient for them without ANY notice to anyone that is scheduled for an exam. No call, email, text, not even a note on the door stating they are closed. Just a locked door. I will definitely be traveling to take my next exam, as I can't risk setting a day aside for another scheduled exam and have it not happen.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Testing center cancelled my GRE without any notice. Myself and others showed up 30 min early (as ETS software tells us to) and waited for 1 1/2 hours. The lights were off, there was no way of contacting, and the doctors office next door told us this happens to them ALL. THE. TIME. If you can, find a new place to take a test. I had to call off work to only have my GRE cancelled. Outrageous.

If u could give this place zero stars I would. Thwychsould be closed down. The biggest exam of my life and they just don't show up with no reasoning. I stood outside in the 28 degree weather for over an hour. They have no idea or care about what they are doing to people when they just don't show up. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism shown at this location. I will tell everyone to never go here. Unbelievable.

Wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before trying to schedule an exam at this testing location. DO NOT waste your time scheduling an exam at this location. My exam was cancelled without any notification from testing center. I tried calling multiple times & nobody answers the phone.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a professional facility. I had an exam and no one was there. I was never contacted by Prometric and missed my exam entirely because the proctor never showed up. No note, no email, no phone call. I tried calling several times and there was no answer. I finally got my test rescheduled and my money back from the first mishap, but their customer service was awful. I hope to never have to deal with Prometric, specifically this facility, ever again.
