This was a well organized and clean location. Everyone was friendly and explained everything nicely with respect. I also got into my test at my scheduled time, but could see how they might get backed up. They're obligated to explain and verify everything to make sure your test is legit. I would definitely use the location again for my testing needs. Almost all the reviews of this location are regarding the online testing or a phone call to the main call center. I'm pretty sure these test centers are local franchises and can't help too much how corporate runs things.

Don’t take a test online I studied for my exam prepped to take it all to be told to contact customer service because of technical issues I can’t take it online. Called customer service and of course they are closed today. Hope I don’t get screwed out of my voucher. Avoid at all costs

Pearson Vue customer service is not great. After calling customer service four times to get technical assistance, I had to reschedule my test. Then, instead of rescheduling, they cancelled my test, and I had to call back again. Then, they gave my test position away entirely. The customer service is a mess. If you can avoid Pearson and get your certifications else where, you'll save yourself a headache.

Check-in was pretty smooth, although I wish there were more people to help the nice man handling 15 test takers. Got there at 7:30 for my 8:00 test and was admitted around 8:30. Good location, good parking, standard rules

Website is difficult to navigate, I called for support and was put on hold for an hour before being disconnected. The next lady was very nice and explained they get scared when they can't give us the answers we want to hear....WOW I understand some people can be a pain but to treat all customers like that and not talk with me was very unprofessional. I was calm and not upset at all,I even stated if things don't work in my favor I wouldn't be upset, these things happen. She too left me on hold for well over an hour and then disconnected our phone call. I would appreciate a call back and some clarity from someone. Record me and all others and if they become belligerent or aggressive just banish them from using your platform. Sincerely Rudy
