I had a great experience taking an exam here in June 2020. I had to take my exam at this center because exams were being cancelled left and right at the Chicago prometric. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom is located close to the test room, so it was easy to take a break after every test block. Would highly recommend testing here!

I receive excellent customer service every time I call and enter the center. Porter is so calm, patient, and thorough each time I call with a half page of questions. I tested two days ago and was extra nervous with the COVID-19 situation, but both Porter and Garth were calm, patient, understanding, and regularly cleaning surfaces. They both made a very stressful day much less stressful. This facility is clean, friendly, and so opposite of the nightmare stories I hear about Prometric centers.

I’ve tested here twice now, it’s always been a smooth process. I’d advise getting to your exam an hour early because they will let you start early, and there will be little to no wait at check-in. There’s also a fridge where you can put food.

Very disappointing testing experience. Wish I could give it negative stars. Despite arriving 30 minutes early to test as recommended, I still tested 20 minutes late. which was extremely inconvenient since my test was 5 1/2 hours long. Elderly man (manager/owner?) was yelling at staff in front of testers. Also blaming the fact that they were behind schedule on "slow test takers." Also ran out of lockers for personal use. Extremely unprofessional and did not make for a relaxing experience in an already nerve racking time.
Computers are old Windows desktops, nothing there is ergonomic, comfortable or new.
If you have the opportunity to test at another facility, please do so!

If you arrive early, the staff lets you start your test right away! They had small lockers for personal items, and cubbies for your food and water. When you get to your computer, they offer you two different sets of noise cancelling headphones for if you are distracted by typing or other test takers. Very friendly staff.
