The testing room was freezing cold. I had a half zip jacket and a fleece and was still so cold I couldn’t focus. I had to make a point to run around during my break to get warmed up.
There was an error on my exam and the staff were not helpful.

I've taken 3 exams here and I'm always impressed with this location. The manager is very friendly and efficient (little waiting time). The manager even asked me how I did on my previous exams I took there and was happy when I told him I passed! The little things are important!
