This was by far my worst exam and customer experience with any company out there. I was scheduled to take my PMP exam and followed the instructions as they were sent to me. I did the system test the day before the exam as and was online 30 minutes prior to the exam. When I clicked the option to start the exam the application gave me an error message (Alert! This application has encountered an unexpected problem). The proctors could not fix the issue. They closed the exam and asked me to reschedule through their customer service. The customer service did not help at all (completely useless on both occasions I called) and asked me to call PMI (even though the link for taking the exam is a PearsonVue link). I have no idea at this point what will happen as they did not give me anything. I sincerely hope that all these different organizations using Pearson Vue reconsider and give test taking responsibilities to another organization.

I was disqualified from this exam for leaving the room during my ten minute break. Despite being allowed to. I was not refunded and the company hung up on me when I pointed out that their policies were different to what it said on their website. I was super polite.

I scheduled an appointment but due to corona-virus Pearson VUE canceled my appointment. They said to reschedule it along with the $15.00 fee I knew that I didn’t cancel my appointment so I didn’t pay. I check back now and it says that since I didn’t come to my appointment I have to now pay a fine of $65.00. I tried calling Pearson VUE but there was no service, I also tried emailing them but there was an error in there email. Pearson VUE is not only being non responsive but also have bad service. On the website I am not able to find customer service and the service is poor since I am not able to even reach them.

Horrible, not user friendly website. It seems like they are purposely hiding the contact information for support. By far the worst testing company. I wouldn't trust a company who couldn't maintain nor improve their website when one of their main products is very online-focused.
