I went to try and get guidance and help in regards to replacing my license. I have been attempting to get my license replaced since the 20th of March. There call center is ran by people overseas individuals who has no clue as to what there doing. I went to the local office in Jacksonville at was met by Bonnie. She definitely should not be a site manager. Her attitude stinks and should not be in tolerated or aloud at this facility. She is very unwilling to assist and when asked for her high management, she was unable to provide that information.

Bonnie was exceptional in helping me ease my anxiety and prepare for the test. I’m so appreciative for the quiet, well organized environment.

I would just like to compliment Charla on her professionalism. I usually test during the daytime, but due to the attitude I receive from Bonnie, I scheduled my test in the evening. What a difference! People should be treated with respect, I don't feel that word exists in Bonnie's vocabulary.

Celvin was AMAZING! Great spirit when I walked in and when I left. The person on the front desk makes a world of difference. I passed my exam and I’m sure he played a big role on how I did today. Just by smiling and being pleasant changes a lot.
Thank you for having someone up there that balanced my test anxiety and made the testing environment feel warm and inviting!

Organized, quiet, helpful staff and just an all around smooth and easy experience. I guess it helps that I passed my exam!?
They knew who I was when I walked in (very impressive) and got me checked in and set up immediately.
One thing I noticed is that my test anxiety calmed down a bit upon arrival. Walking into a call place with warm smiles and patience makes a HUGE difference. The staff were very nice, personable and I really appreciate that.
